  • Settled personal injury matter involving catastrophic degloving injury wherein liability was not disputed but policy limits insufficient and remaining funds came from individual defendant's family members because elderly defendant's only asset was equity in the personal residence.


  • Settled pre-litigation personal injury claims exceeding half a million dollars based on negligent care of a child by a preschool. 


  • Settled personal injury case against municipal defendant with global resolution as to workers' compensation and wrongful termination concerns. 


  • Settled underinsured motorist action with disputes as to causation and claims for two years of self-employed wage loss and significant noneconomic damages.
